| Our first cruise was about 17 miles, out of Back Creek, down to the South River, around Thomas Point Lighthouse - a very well known lighthouse. It was a great day, blustery, winds about 15 gusting to 20 and cold. We got to see the Pride of Baltimore stretch out most of her sails and Dennis got a long turn at the helm. Given that I get to take her about 1500 miles back to Texas, it was only fair! |
